Beat Your Breakup 90- Minute Fireworks Session

Are you a disciplined and self-motivated person?  Do you have the drive and follow-through to execute an action plan, but just need some help building a strategy and designing that plan?  If so, this 90 minute single session coaching product is for you!

Before our session, you will be asked to complete a pre-workshop assessment.  This will provide me information to direct our session, so we can hit the ground running.  There is a lot to cover in 90 minutes, so expect to move fast and take notes!  During our session, we will focus on an analysis of your top struggles in getting over your ex and healing your heart, and take what we know to design and build a personalized action plan for you to follow.
