Janice Formichella is a breakup/dating coach, podcast producer, and blogger.  She is the host of Sex and the Solo Girl, and Breakups, Broken Hearts, and Moving On.  She works one-on-one with individuals around the world to heal from a broken heart and turn the end of a relationship into the beginning of a powerful new chapter in life.  

As a former member of the Mormon Church, a domestic violence survivor, and someone who considers herself to have hit rock bottom more than once, Janice thrives off of using her story to help others.
